FL SMITHE HP late model hydraulic envelope die cutting press in excellent condition. Machine completely refurbished. Available immediately as of October of 2011. THis machine is very easy to operate, you place a stack of preprinted or blank papers on the table, put paper clamps to hold the paper and prevent it from moving, place your envelope die and adjust it on the paper, push a button, the table goes in, the head comes down, the head goes back up, and the table comes back out. Remove the cut blanks, readjust your envelope die, and repeat the process. Click on the video below to see it in operations. 2002 Halm jet press model JP-TWOD-P sn JP37018. We just took delivery of this machine about a week ago, it was up and running when we purchased it and it is in excellent condition. It could use a couple sets of rollers, other than that, it is ready to be hooked up to power and star printing immediately. The machine is AS IS, and priced for a quick sale. 1996 Halm Super Jet press model JP-TWOD-6D serial number SJ5599 AS IS machine in excellent condition. This machine is complete and in very good running condition, still hooked upto power (as of February 16th 2011), we plan to take it apart within the next week and have it shipped to our warehouse, but if purchased before then, we can ship it directly to your place and save you some freight costs. As is stands now, this machine really does not need anything, it comes with the newer style electrical panel, an electronic counter, a refrigeration unit, and all parts, tools, rails, cams, plate bender, etc you will need to get started. Max size 12X18″, it can run at speeds of upto 60,000 envelopes per hour. It can print 2 colors in front and 2 colors (same 2 colors) in back of the envelope in 1 pass. This machine is equipped with an FL SMITHE KIT on the delivery, and can run at speeds upto 200 envelopes per minute. It will score the blanks, fold them, apply dextrin gum on the seal flap, and fold the flap, No window cutting or patching facilities on this machine, and no printing as well.
